How to prepare dough for cookies

In the end, the butter should look like a cream, so you need to mix these two ingredients very well.

It is also important that the eggs are at room temperature to homogenize properly. Then add the salt together with the vanilla essence, to give taste and aroma to the cookies.

After you have mixed the composition well, add the flour and incorporate it easily with the help of the whisk. Now it's time to add grated lemon or orange peel, if you want to add even more flavor to the cookie recipe. Then return to the silicone spatula and mix the composition a little more, then add the raisins, which you will easily integrate into the dough. Thus, the composition for raisin cookies is ready!

How to bake cookies with raisins

Wallpaper a tray with baking paper, then you can start forming the cookies. For the formation of cookies, we used a spoonful of ice cream, but you can also use a normal spoon. Take the dough with the ice cream spoon and place it in the pan. Continue to do the same until the composition is finished, considering that you leave enough space between the raisin cookies, as they will widen.

Then put them in the preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for about 10 minutes. You will immediately notice that the cookies acquire a beautiful golden color and that they turn brown, starting to spread a wonderful aroma throughout the kitchen. The cookies are soft on the inside, slightly crunchy on the outside, full of raisins and extremely fragrant!

Cookies with raisins and nuts

1. Put the butter and sugar in a bowl and rub for a few minutes, then add the egg yolks rubbed with a pinch of salt, vanilla sugar, lemon peel, raisins and walnuts. Mix well and, at the end, add the sifted flour and mix gently.

2. Leave the dough obtained to cool until it hardens and, in the meantime, heat the oven to 120 ° C. Prepare the baking paper trays and the molds.

3. Sprinkle a little flour on the plate and spread the dough with the rolling pin in a sheet of suitable thickness. With a special shape, cut the sheet and place the cookies in the tray.

4. After baking, remove from the pan, place in another pan to be given with chocolate icing. Melt the chocolate in a steam bath with 1-2 teaspoons of oil and pour hot on the cookies, in any shape you want.


I like to serve raisin cookies next to a cup of hot tea. What I love about this type of dessert is that you like it a lot, meaning I can prepare a larger amount and enjoy them for a long time!

If you don't like raisins, you can replace them with other dried fruits. I, for example, tried them with dried cherries and also with cranberries.

You can put nuts instead of fruits and even chips or pieces of chocolate. I haven't tried chocolate, but hey, why wouldn't it work? Chocolate rum goes great together, doesn't it?

Very good and easy to make, although my opinion is that I go with less sugar. They seemed a little too sweet.

..Today, December 9, 2013, I made them for the first time. they are gorgeous and light..I colored 1/3 with a little cocoa and I combined the colors ..and I put a small cube of household chocolate because it's stronger. Raisin cookies

The classic cookies with raisins (which we know from the confectionery) are very tasty and go very well after dinner, but also in the morning for tea or coffee. In our family, whenever we prepare these simple but absolutely delicious cookies, they disappear pretty quickly :)).

Ingredient:
4 eggs
cup of sugar
1 cup oil
2 cups flour
1 knife tip ammonia quenched with lemon juice
200-250 g raisins

1. Mix the eggs with the sugar very well with the mixer for about 15 minutes, until the sugar has melted and the composition has turned white.
2.Then add the oil, little by little. Put the quenched ammonia with lemon juice, rum essence, then flour, mixing in a blender. Add the raisins and mix gently.
3.On the stove tray or any other tray, ungreased, put the cookies with a teaspoon, at a distance from each other. If you have baking paper, it is good to use it so that you don't have to clean the tray every time :).
4Bake on low heat for about 15 minutes, until lightly browned. We baked 5 trays. In a tray enter about 15-20 cookies depending on the desired size.
