I like to cook the most when the cold season comes, cooked in the oven.
- 1 kg chicken thighs [without pellets]
- 300 gr mushroom mix
- 200 gr olives
- 200 gr ketch-up from home [a glass]
- 4 cloves garlic
- salt
- pepper
- 50 ml olive oil with basil
- green parsley

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Chicken with mushrooms and olives:
Wash the chicken legs and put them in the pan.
Salt the meat, place the mushrooms, olives and chopped garlic on top.
Put a glass of water, pour ketch-up on top.
Pepper and sprinkle with oil.
Put the tray in the oven for about an hour. If necessary, put a little water in the tray from time to time.
Serve the browned chicken with a garnish of natural potatoes, sprinkled with chopped green parsley.
